Dinner Dare with Linton Hopkins
Add onions to the pan. Hopkins likes the cipollini onions for their sweetness and softness, but shallots or Vidalias would work here as well. The cipollinis are delicate and will brown quickly, so don't walk away while they're cooking. Louie Favorite, lfavorite@ajc.com
