Memphis meets Mexico in Atlanta
This Memphis Pork Taco won't stay on the plate long. But it takes awhile to make, most of that time for baking and then smoking the pork. The dish is both Southern and Mexican. Southern because the 'cue is served with cole slaw. Mexican, because it's served in a flour tortilla and the slaw is chocked with jalapeno. Louie Favorite / AJC
