Sally Watson of Suwanee has found a way to deliver a lot of flavor to plain pork chops with minimal effort. "I created this recipe after cooking a more complicated version years ago, " she says. "My husband and I were craving that same sweet tangy sauce, but we could not find the original recipe. I remembered it had apple jelly and Dijon, so I experimented and came up with this, now a household favorite requested almost every week. It is what I call 'restaurant good.' " I added thyme for a little extra oomph, but it is also good without.
