A plain barbecued boneless chicken breast on a dinner plate often looks lonely and lackluster. But just adding a bun and a simple slaw topping magically transforms it into an "Oh, wow" dinner. For a Buffalo wing-style twist, use spicy barbecue sauce and blend slaw with blue cheese dressing. For spicier slaw, try wasabi-flavored mayonnaise. For milder palates, ranch dressing does the trick.
