Cayenne-and-Cumin Barbecue Rub for Ribs or Brisket

Rub this on ribs or brisket, place them away from the hot part of the grill and let 'em cook.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup dry yellow mustard
1/4 cup ground cumin
1/4 cup cayenne pepper
1/4 cup chili powder
1/4 cup paprika
2 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons salt
Instructions:
Toss together the mustard, cumin, cayenne pepper, chili powder, paprika, pepper and salt. Rub into meat just before grilling.
