Ingredients:

1/2 cup strong espresso, cooled
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 quart plain yogurt
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine espresso, sugar and yogurt until smooth. Churn in ice cream maker until thick like soft-serve ice cream, about 20 minutes depending on the machine.
