Ingredients:

    Country Ham Quiche

    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 cup half-and-half
    1 cup (about 4 ounces) finely chopped ham
    1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper, optional
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and half-and-half together. Stir in the ham, both cheeses and both peppers. Pour the mixture into the pie shell, spreading out the cheese and ham evenly. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
