Ingredients:

1/4 cup dark brown sugar (firmly packed)
1/4 cup ( 1/2 stick) butter, melted
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry
4 salmon fillets ( 1/3 to 1/2 pound each)
Instructions:
Preheat the grill.
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, butter, soy sauce and sherry. Pour half the mixture over salmon and marinate for 20 minutes.
Grill salmon, skin side up, for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn salmon and pour remaining marinade over top. Cook for 3 to 5 more minutes.
