Eggs Stuffed With Blue Cheese, Bacon and Herbs

Ingredients:

4 strips pre-cooked bacon
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1/4 cup crumbed blue cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon
Dash cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Warm bacon according to package directions and crumble. Halve eggs lengthwise; scoop yolks into a mixing bowl. Set whites on a platter. Add cheese to yolks and mash with a fork until blended. Add reserved bacon, garlic, sour cream, chives, marjoram, tarragon and cayenne. Mix well, leaving filling a little chunky. Adjust seasonings if necessary. Mound filling into whites.
