Go Chinese tonight with this hands-on meal, one of our Golden Whisk award winners. Lettuce wraps add flavor and crunch and are ideal for those watching their carbs. Packaged wild mushroom mix and pre-cut meat for stir-fry make these a snap to assemble.

3 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
1 pound stir-fry pork strips (or tenderloin cut into thin strips)
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 small head Boston or bibb lettuce, leaves removed
Here's a fast and tasty way to make fish, and the corn-chip coating is sure to appeal to the kids.

1 (5 1/2-ounce) bag corn chips
4 tilapia fillets
4 tablespoons butter, divided
