What’s For Dinner?
When it comes to pizza, it’s always good to think outside the box, whether that means what sauce you use or what toppings you choose. Red onions or fresh mushrooms would work well in this dish, too.

1 (10-ounce) Boboli pizza, thin crust
1 cup (4 ounces) chopped cooked chicken
1 1/2-2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Sometimes getting youngsters to go for fish can be a challenge. But never underestimate the power of the bun. Crusty cornmeal coats meaty grouper fillets that are easily customized with toppings from tartar sauce to pickled jalapeños, cheese or even ketchup.

1/2 cup reduced-fat milk
4 (4-6 ounce) grouper or other white fish fillets
1/2 cup tartar sauce
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Bacon, cheese and pasta -- what's not to love in this hearty dish inspired by a hungry child? For a slightly different flavor, substitute smoked ham cooked in a bit of olive oil for the bacon.

8 slices thick cut bacon, chopped, or 1 cup diced smoked ham
1 small sweet onion, diced
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
4 slices American cheese, cut into pieces
Oriental-style vegetables, pineapple juice and dark brown sugar combine to give this fish dish a deliciously complex flavor.

1/2 cup dark brown sugar (must be dark)
1 (8-ounce) can of pineapple chunks
1 to 1 1/3 pounds fresh fish
2 cups frozen Oriental-blend vegetables
Lightly floured fish fillets are topped with a butter and wine sauce and studded with tasty capers. You can treat your family or serve this to guests.

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3/4 cup dry white wine
1 to 2 tablespoons drained capers, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
