If you're looking for new ways to cool off, here's a fun and easy drink you can whip up in the kitchen. -- Jeanne Besser

Hands on time: 5 minutes  Total time: 5 minutes  Serves: 2

Ingredients:

    1 (6-ounce can) lemonade concentrate, partially thawed

    2 cups ice

    1/2 cup cold water

Instructions:

In a blender, combine concentrate, ice and water. Whirl until smooth.

Nutrition:

Per serving: 236 calories (percent of calories from fat, 8), 8 grams protein, 51 grams carbohydrates, 6 grams fiber, 2 grams fat, 6 milligrams cholesterol, 86 milligrams sodium.
