Fruity Peanut Fluff Mini Pitas

OK, we admit that this only counts as a PB&J sandwich if you think of marshmallow fluff as a kind of jelly. Let’s call it “egg white preserves.” -- Deborah Geering, for the Journal-Constitution

Hands on time: 5 minutes  Total time: 5 minutes  Serves: 4 (2 wraps each)

Ingredients:

    1/4 cup marshmallow fluff

    1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

    1 tablespoon corn syrup

    8 mini pitas, sliced open

    8 strawberries, sliced in half

Instructions:

In a bowl, stir together the fluff, peanut butter and corn syrup until well-combined and smooth. Spread 1 tablespoon in each of the mini pitas. Top with the strawberry pieces.

Nutrition:

Per serving: 312 calories (percent of calories from fat, 26), 10 grams protein, 50 grams carbohydrates, 3 grams fiber, 9 grams fat (2 grams saturated), no cholesterol, 408 milligrams sodium.
