Sisters Amy and Melissa Piersol sent in the following recipe. Amy writes, "This supper was a staple for my mom when she wanted a quick and easy meal that would appeal to all of our palates. Because the meat is grilled outside, this is an entree to remember for a hot summer night after a hard day's work. I'm sure the readers would enjoy it as well."
