Ingredients:

    1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

    1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese

Instructions:

Using a food processor, combine the peanut butter and cottage cheese until smooth.

Per 2-tablespoon serving: 106 calories (percent of calories from fat, 67), 6 grams protein, 3 grams carbohydrates, 1 gram fiber, 8 grams fat (2 grams saturated), 1 milligram cholesterol, 133 milligrams sodium.
