1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 (8-ounce container) sour cream
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 (8 1/2-ounce) can whole corn
1 (8 1/2-ounce) box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease an 8-by-8-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, mix butter, sour cream, eggs, corn and muffin mix. Pour into baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
