Sure, it's hot outside -- but cooling off is easier than you think. Try this simple frozen dessert recipe that will satisfy your sweet tooth and take only minutes to prepare.
Hands on time: 10 minutes Total time: 2 hours Serves: Makes 1 quart
Ingredients:

1 chilled, ripe medium-sized melon
Juice of 1 lemon
4 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
Cut melon in half and scrape the seeds into a strainer set over a bowl. Pour any juice into the food processor, but discard the seeds. Scoop the melon flesh into the food processor with the confectioners' sugar and lemon juice. Puree, then chill until very cold.
