Cocktail hour

The downtown and Buckhead locations of Morton’s Steakhouse created this Morton’s Champagne Cocktail. Bartenders drop a sugar cube enriched with peach bitters into a champagne flute and pour pomegranate liqueur, Grand Marnier and Spanish sparkling wine on top of it. And the sparkling crystals around the rim of the glass come from cinnamon sugar.
