Ingredients:

2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
1 gallon apple cider
2 to 3 cinnamon sticks
8 whole cloves
2 to 3 large chunks crystallized ginger
Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, puree the raspberries. Transfer to a large slow cooker, crock pot or stock pot. Pour in as much of the apple cider as the pot can hold, stir, then add cinnamon sticks, cloves and crystallized ginger. Heat on medium-low until cider is steamy and fragrant.
Notes:
Tip: For even easier preparation, substitute 2 to 3 cups of cranberry-raspberry juice for the pureed berries.
