Ingredients:

16 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
12 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
8 ounces lean corned beef, chopped into small pieces
1 (15-ounce) can sauerkraut, rinsed, drained and squeezed of excess water
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, corned beef and sauerkraut. Spread in a microwave-safe 9-inch square baking dish. Microwave 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the dip is heated through, stirring once or twice during cooking.
Notes:
> Tip: This makes a lot of dip, so serve it at large gatherings.
