Q: I had the pleasure of dining at Roy's, where a group of us enjoyed Hawaiian fusion cuisine. A couple of people in our group ordered the Hawaiian Martini and raved about it. Could you print the recipe?
- Karen Walsh, Lawrenceville
A: This martini with a tropical twist, courtesy of coconut rum and fresh pineapple, is Roy's signature drink. The mixture is made a day ahead so the pineapple flavor infuses the alcohol. For a super cold martini, shake over ice and strain just before serving.
