5:30 CHALLENGE: 5 INGREDIENTS, 30 MINUTES

Kathleen Lisson of Albany, N.Y., supplies a spicy dinner dish with what she describes as "a taste of the New England coast." Old Bay, a combination of celery salt and dried mustard and spices, adds oomph to prepared pasta sauce. This seasoning blend is frequently used to coat crabs from the Chesapeake Bay northward.
