Q: We would like to get the recipe for the margarita at Hemingway's restaurant on the square in Marietta. We visited the Taste of Marietta for the first time this year, and their margarita was especially good tasting, somewhat sweet.
--- Deborah Pitts, Kennesaw
A: Patrick Burke of Hemingway's recommends using a "good old-fashioned plastic cup with ice [no need for fancy drinkware here]. The frosty cold feeling on your hands is part of the margarita experience." A shot glass is useful for measuring, with a shot equal to 1 1/2 ounces.
