Tropical Peanut Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

8 bibb lettuce leaves, washed and dried
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup pineapple preserves
16 banana slices
Instructions:
Down the center of each lettuce leaf, spread 1 1/2 teaspoons peanut butter. Top with 1 1/2 teaspoons pineapple preserves and 2 banana slices. Fold each side of the lettuce over the filling in the center.
