Turkey Spaghetti

Ingredients:

1 medium onion
2 pounds ground turkey
1 (7-ounce) can mushroom pieces
2 (24-ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
2 (14.5-ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 (48-ounce) pack thin spaghetti
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Chop the onion. In a large, deep skillet, brown onion with the turkey and mushroom pieces for about 15 minutes. Add sauce and tomatoes and simmer for 30 minutes. Cook noodles according to package directions and top with sauce and cheese.
